SPOUSE BARBARA BELLAH ALUMNI 1952
Ezra O. (Ez) Campbell passed into the presence of our Lord on January 29, 2010, surrounded by family members. He was a much loved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He was born at home in Mounds, OK on December 10, 1928, to Vannie and John F. Campbell and is preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Opal (Porter) Ima Jean (Hopper), Lahoma (Clawson), LaDean (Duran); brothers, Lloyd Taldon, Doyle and Doyce; and a surviving sister, Patti (Gibson). He resided for many years in the Okla. City and Bethany area, having graduated from Putnam City High School. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He was married on March 2, 1951 and is survived by Barbara Bellah Campbell, his wife of 59 years; and two sons and their wives: Tim K. Campbell and wife Madelyn and grandchildren, Aaron, Stuart and Sara Campbell; and Steven V. Campbell and wife Nancy and grandchildren, Jillian Campbell and Mitchell Campbell. After returning from military duty, he was employed by Porter's Flower Shop and Nursery, as the landscape and nursery specialist, and eventually became self-employed with a landscape and nursery service company. Mr. Campbell also had a second career, which he loved greatly, as a contracted bus driver for Putnam City School system. He found great pleasure in the students on his bus routes and regretted having to finally retire from that position. He was a faithful member of his church, Putnam City Christian Church, and was active as a choir member, served on many committees, and was a longtime Deacon
